San Luis Resort

Rooftop Terrace

The San Luis Resort had an existing parking structure with a top deck that they planned to use as a rooftop terrace for residents and guests. Stricklin Landscape Architecture provided Life Safety planning, Accessible Paths, Rails and Furniture Selections. We also represented the San Luis before the Building Board of Adjustments and Appeals to appeal for a variance to use non-conforming materials.
