The Galvestonian had a problem with tenants storing beach gear under the structure. The gear was messy and unsecured, so Stricklin Landscape Architecture provided planning and project management in pursuit of a beachfront construction certificate an dune protection permit to secure the building permit through the GLO and the City of Galveston Development Services.
